Written by Angela Evans
The Iowa Finance Authority (IFA) recently recognized the top Iowa lending institutions throughout the state who assisted the most homebuyers through IFA programs in 2022. Lincoln Savings Bank was named the top lender, assisting 134 homebuyers.
“The Lincoln Savings Bank team is honored to be named IFA’s Top Lender of 2022,” said Erik Skovgard, President and CEO of Lincoln Savings Bank. “As a community bank, we pride ourselves on being solution-seekers and relationship builders and offering IFA’s mortgage down payment assistance programs allows us to do just that for many Iowans who may not have believed that homeownership was within reach.”
IFA offers affordable mortgage and down payment assistance programs for eligible homebuyers through a network of hundreds of valued participating lenders across the state. These partnerships allow Iowans the convenience of working with their local lender and access to IFA’s unique homeownership programs.
At LSB, we work hard to connect individuals and families to IFA programs that offer down payment assistance, first-time homebuyer advantages and extra friendly mortgage loan rates. For more information about Lincoln Savings Bank and IFA’s homeownership programs, visit mylsb.com/ifa.
